Blueberry Eleven Inc. is a digital photo and design studio based in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines, with branches in Pili, Camarines Sur and Cagayan de Oro City. Our website address is https://blueberryeleven.com. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
2. Information we collect
When you send an inquiry through our Contact Us form, we collect:
- your full name and email address;
- your mobile or telephone number (optional);
- the topic of your inquiry, your nearest branch (optional) and your message.
We also receive the information you include when you email or call us directly. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the website running.
3. How we use your information
- to reply to your inquiry and send you the information, proposal or quotation you asked for;
- to send you an automatic email confirming that we received your inquiry;
- to arrange appointments, sessions, deliveries of soft copies or other services you request;
- to protect the website and our email from spam and misuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Your inquiry is sent by email to the Blueberry Eleven Inc. team handling your topic. We use trusted service providers only to run the website and our email:
- Hostinger: website hosting and business email;
- Cloudflare Turnstile: a security check on our form that helps block spam and bots;
- Google Maps: only if you click an “Open in Google Maps” link, which takes you to Google’s website.
We may also disclose information when required by law or by a lawful order of a government authority.
5. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for [retention period, e.g. two (2) years] after our last communication with you, or longer only if needed for an ongoing service, accounting or legal requirement. After that, we delete them.
6. How we protect it
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. Access to inquiry emails is limited to authorized Blueberry Eleven Inc. staff who need them to respond to you. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable organizational, physical and technical measures to protect your information.
7. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and stay secure, such as the security check on our contact form. We do not use advertising cookies.
